Power Pump Practice

Power Pump- is a group weight workout. The class is limited to the first 19 participants. Signup sheets may be added if needed. The class will use 3lb barbells. 2.5, 5 and 10 lb plates can be added. The participant will use a step as their bench. Leg (squat), Chest, Triceps, Legs (lunges), Back, Bicep , Shoulders, Abs and stretch make up the class format.
